The Queen's Jubilee

Despite living in France, our British community still likes to celebrate great events happening in the United Kingdom. The Queen's Jubilee is just such an event.
Courtesy of two local friends our band the "I Don't Know" Band was invited to play at a garden party in a small village close to where we live.
It was a lovely afternoon and we provided a good range of "old" English sing-a-long songs, including some pub songs such as My Old Man Said Follow the Van, On Mother Kelly's Door Step and Down at the Old Bull and Bush as well as our usual favourites.
​A fun afternoon rounded off with the National Anthem - God Save the Queen.
